Am 4. Mai 1970 wurden während Anti-Kriegs-Demonstrationen an der Universität von Kent State, Ohio vier Menschen von der Nationalgarde erschossen und neun verletzt.

Unter diesen vier Menschen befand sich auch ein junger Mann namens Jeffrey Miller.
